About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Pixel Wholesale & Liquidation. By placing an order you agree to them. Orders placed on eBay or another marketplace follow that marketplace’s rules as well.

Products and condition

We sell liquidation and overstock goods. Every item is listed with one of four conditions, and you can read what each one means on its product page:

• New: unused, in its retail packaging.
• Open box: the box has been opened; the item is unused or barely handled, and packaging may be incomplete.
• Refurbished: tested and brought back to working order; it may show light wear.
• Pre-owned: used and working, as described and photographed in the listing.

Photos and descriptions come from each item’s listing. Please read them before you buy, and ask us if anything is unclear; we are glad to check an item for you first.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Most items are one of a kind, and the same item may be listed on our eBay stores too. If an item sells somewhere else before your order is processed, we will cancel that item and refund it in full.

Orders and payment

You pay at checkout with a card, Shop Pay, PayPal or Google Pay, through Shopify Checkout. Sales tax is added where the law requires it. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, priced in error, or the order looks fraudulent.

Pickup

Pickup is free at 1840 Industrial Dr, Suite 220, Libertyville, for items we keep there, during store hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Items that ship from our supplier cannot be picked up (see Shipping). Choose pickup at checkout and we let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order number. If a paid pickup order is not collected, we contact you before we cancel and refund it.

Shipping

We ship from Libertyville by USPS or UPS, and the rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Most orders arrive in 2 to 4 business days, and we text you a tracking number the day yours ships. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date, if it never arrives) and we will make it right.

Items that ship from our supplier. Some items ship directly from our supplier instead of from Libertyville. They cannot be picked up, they may arrive separately from the rest of your order with their own tracking number, and they usually arrive in 2 to 4 business days. We show which items ship from the supplier before you pay.

Returns and refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery or pickup, in the condition you received them, with all parts and packaging. Return shipping is on us: we send you a prepaid return label. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check the item. Returns for an item that shipped from our supplier may go to a different address, which we give you with the label.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties may not apply to open-box, refurbished or pre-owned items. Except for what an item’s listing states or the law requires, items are sold as described, without any further warranty, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent Illinois law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

Pallets and bulk lots

Pallets for resellers are sold with their contents and condition listed, for pickup during store hours. Because a pallet is a mixed lot, it is sold as listed, and we confirm its return terms in writing before you pay.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an item is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its listings in bulk. The site’s design and code belong to Salty Web Co; product photos and descriptions come from Pixel Wholesale & Liquidation’s listings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lake County, Illinois, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
